- Blah Blah Blah <SNIP> Endless insults, both general and personal, to
- anyone who criticizes Copperhead Technologies, and in some cases other
- vendors...
-
- So, how long you worked there bub?
-
- Poor baby... Somebody said up front, that they hadn't dealt with
- C.T., but had read plenty of cirticism about them. Golly, and you
- never read an article, or took references, about a third party from
- others?
-
- Gee, did O.J. do it? Careful, you don't know him, you weren't there,
- you didn't see it personally...
-
- You call in here on your with your training wheels NetCruiser account,
- (Yes folks ix.netcom.com means NetCruiser) and want toell tell all
- these bad, bad people who aren't fond of C.T., that the problem is all
- with them.
-
- Bad customer service, or not, when people pay money, they have the
- right to expect to get what they pay for. When they don't, they have
- the right to warn others of the experiences they had.
-
- Mindlessly returning to places that give bad service, is how bad
- service places continue to exist. There is a place, even in the Amiga
- community, for those who give good service.
-
- By not patronizing places that don't deal fairly, or give bad service,
- is how the problem is corrected. They either learn to deal fairly, or
- if they are too stupid to learn how to get their act together, their
- stupidity is self correcting, and they starve out.
-
- If their business is so overwhelming, that they can't get organized,
- then perhaps a few less calls, and a few less orders is what they need
- to give them the time to get it all straightened out.
